Qualifications and Policy (Eligible Organizations)
1. An application may be filed by either an individual or an organization. However, only a single application from an individual or his/her organization is permitted.
2. Nationality is not a criterion for eligibility.
3. Any group which has been in continuous existence for a reasonable length of time is eligible to apply, whether or not it is legally incorporated.
